The Difference between Drag Chain Cable and Ordinary Cable

Kable-X has been specializing in the production of customized wiring harnesses for 20 years, and the products are widely used in industrial control, medical, new energy and other fields. As the core of the Wiring Harness, the cable is the most used daily. Do you know the difference between the commonly used drag chain cables and ordinary cables?
The drag chain cable is softer than ordinary cables, but it is not as soft as possible. Its insulation has strong mechanical fatigue resistance, and all have a certain hardness; and some flexible wires have thin conductors, and their insulation is also very good. Soft, small-radius installation wiring and low-frequency bending are fine, but there is still a big gap between mechanical bending life and the ratio of dedicated drag chain cables.
Looking at the conductor, the diameter of the conductor of the drag chain cable is generally 0.1mm (measured with a vernier caliper), 0.08mm and 0.05mm; in order to ensure the stability of the physical and electrical properties of the conductor: Generally, a multi-wire drawing 4N conductor is used, and the conductor is bright and bright, and has good toughness; The resistivity is low, and the wire does not heat up under the rated load for a long time;
Looking at the insulation, the insulation thickness is uniform; the insulation is resistant to adhesion, high strength; good toughness;
The safest and most straightforward approach is high-speed bending testing: an existing coordinate table or link bending device can be used.
