Ultrasonic crimping is that after the generator emits high-frequency electrical energy, the electrical energy is converted into mechanical vibration through the transducer, and after the frequency is adjusted by the horn, it is transmitted to the contact surface of the crimping piece through the ultrasonic special crimping joint.
When the high-frequency vibration occurs on the two metal contact surfaces, the temperature rises instantly, causing the metal surfaces to fuse, and the two metals are tightly connected together under the pressure of external force.
