Non-waterproof series is mainly installed under the frame or in the cockpit. Common non-waterproof applications include the connection from automobile instrument to engine compartment, car body and ceiling, and the connection from car body to engine compartment and trunk.

Non-waterproof line-to-line connector is one of the most commonly used line-to-line connectors in automobiles, which is widely used in various parts of automobiles because of its compact size, economical cost and abundant PIN positions.

As the name implies, the body-to-door series is used for wiring harness connection between the body and the front/rear doors. Nowadays, there are more and more buttons on the doors, and their corresponding applications are also increasing. Not only do they correspond to door locking, window lifting and rearview mirror adjustment, but some models also integrate buttons with more functions such as seat adjustment, rearview mirror defogging, volume adjustment, central control panel control and so on. This requires the wiring harness connection on the door to be more compact, and the connector between the car body and the door should not only be smaller, but also meet more requirements besides the traditional functions, such as data transmission, especially the transmission of screen analog signals.

Series of waterproof line-to-line connectors are mainly used for the working condition that the connecting parts may be exposed to the outside or may be flooded, especially for the wiring harness connection between one end of the front bumper and the rear bumper to the engine compartment and the car body. The waterproof connector is equipped with a tight protective plastic shell and sealing ring, and adopts a special waterproof terminal, which has multiple protections and worries.
