5. The appearance of plastic molding must not have defects such as lack of material and shrinkage;

6. The braided material of the wire harness cannot be leaked;

7. The cable tie needs to be fastened, and the size of the cable tie meets the requirements of the drawing;

8. The PE bag of wire harness packaging should not be damaged or dirty.

After the appearance inspection of each wire harness product, the data recording of the inspection results must be done well. Once a customer complaint occurs, the problem can be traced. The appearance inspection is the last step in the wire harness manufacturer's product quality control, and it is also the most important work.
