Water sensor wiring harness

Water induction line books are mostly used in European wooden buildings. When the water source is immersed, a square short circuit will occur, which warns people. Then let's take a look at the processing technology of KABLE-X Technology(Suzhou)Co., Ltd for water-sensing Wiring Harness.
1. Due to the special nature of the wire material during cutting (composed of glass fiber, MRP105 insulating black, tinned copper composite braided polyester, polyester yarn woven), there should be no bending and dirty phenomena. Use it when cutting Special template, cut by hand, and fix both ends with 3M masking tape to prevent looseness, put them neatly, wrapped in dust bag, only leaking both ends to facilitate back-end operations.
2. When arranging the wire, use a picking needle to pick out the two strands of tinned copper bottom wire in the middle, and trim off the rest. Do not cut the ground wire. After cutting, use an alcohol lamp to weave the scattered woven mesh polyester and polyester yarns at the end of the wire clean. The insulating black and glass fiber of MRP105 must not leak more than 1mm.
3. Before injection molding, use a white heat-shrinkable tube of Ø0.6mm to bake one end of the leaky core wire. The injection material must use PVC plug material 45P (shore 92A) white anti-ultraviolet (UV), and there should be no crushing during injection. Polyester yarn knitting, polyester yarn exposed, shrinkage and other phenomena. All dimensions must conform to customer drawings.
4. 100% short circuit continuity test
5. According to IPC620 standard inspection.
