PVC material has stable physical and chemical properties, and at the same time has certain chemical resistance, and is quite stable to salts. Injection molding has a short production cycle and high productivity.
3. TPE material: Mainly used for injection molding of the outer mold of the Connector, easy to process, high production efficiency, short molding cycle; stable properties, good temperature resistance (use temperature range 50-100 ℃), aging resistance, and durability Chemical and solvent resistance.
4. TPU material: It is mainly used for external mold injection of connectors. Its advantages are elasticity, oil resistance, low temperature resistance, wear resistance, and the advantages of both plastics and engineering plastics. Environmental protection is harmless to the human body and nature. ; Wide range of hardness, by changing the ratio of each reaction component of TPU, products with different hardness can be obtained, and with the increase of hardness, the product still maintains good elasticity and wear resistance; high mechanical strength, TPU products have excellent load-bearing capacity, impact resistance and shock absorption.
