The Process of Wire Harness Assembly

1. The production of the wire harness sub-item number must be compared with the positioning plate to determine the size of the cutting line. In the current wire harness assembly process, the size of the sub-item number can often be met, but the size of the positioning plate cannot be met. Cause a lot of unnecessary waste. Sub-item numbers are also subject to electrical and full inspection.
2. The wiring of the wiring harness. Lay each sub-item number on the positioning plate according to the requirements of the drawing. When wiring, first place one area by one area. After placing the sub-item numbers of a single area, you can place the sub-item numbers across regions. The sub-item numbers across regions should also be placed first, and then placed in complex ones.
3. Insert PIN (The TER without PIN must be inserted into the corresponding connector first). Binding line (The position of the binding line is according to the positioning board, and the starting point of the binding line is generally the starting point of the double line in the positioning board.)
4. Electrical measurement. Due to the complexity of the line position of the assembly line, the test data must be strictly checked. The test can only be carried out after being confirmed by PE & QE.
5. Full inspection. a. Check whether the terminal and CONN are within the tolerance zone; b. Check whether the wire binding ring is uniform; c. Check whether the assembly method of the parts is correct.
6. Warehousing of wire harness sub-item numbers, and the subsequent actions can only be performed after the sub-item number has been inspected by OQC PASS.
After the wiring harness is assembled into a finished product, it is necessary to detect the conductivity of the wiring harness, and it is required to achieve a conductivity of 100% without short-circuit, short-circuit and wrong-circuit phenomenon. At the same time, it must have the quality standards required by the wire harness customers, and provide a safety and quality guarantee certificate when packaging.
