In the process of wire harness production and processing, many machines are used, including terminal machines.

The terminal machine is a common machine in modern society that can be used for stripping and crimping at one time. It has a device for automatic air blowing and oil supply, which can reduce the phenomenon of waste clogging, prolong the service life of the blade, and improve the performance of stripping. The output of the terminal will create benefits for the enterprise. So what are the correct use methods and precautions of the terminal machine?

The impact force of the terminal machine is very large, so you should be careful when operating the terminal machine. The correct operation steps of the terminal machine are as follows:
1. Turn on the power switch of the terminal machine, the power indicator light is on.
2. Pay attention to whether there are obvious abnormal noises inside and outside the machine. If the operation is suspended, ask the mechanic to determine whether maintenance is required.
3. Knife selection and installation: It is operated by designated personnel. Before installing the knife, it is necessary to manually compare whether the selected blade is matched. After the comparison is correct, the knife can be installed. After the installation of the knife is completed, it must be tested by hand.
First turn off the power of the terminal machine, press the adjustment button, and use the special wrench to shake the main driven wheel to make the stamping stroke of the terminal machine to the maximum. Before the operation, it is necessary to check each locking screw and confirm that there is no looseness.
4. Loading: Install the terminal to be punched, use the Allen wrench to adjust the feeding pressure plate, so that the terminal can pass easily, visually check whether the feeding position is suitable, if not, adjust it, use the hexagonal wrench to loosen the feeder locking screw, Turn the adjustment screw to adjust until it is in the best state, then tighten the feeder locking screw to start the operation.
5. Test the tensile force: After the machine is adjusted, take the scrap wire and test it for tensile testing. For the main reference values, see the "Tension Test Comparison Table". The specific operation method is as follows. The terminal wire is clamped and tested. If the measured tensile force is not within the standard range, ask the mechanic to adjust it again until it reaches the standard value.
6. The trial production of 10pcs will be sent to IPQC for first-part confirmation, and the inspection will be OK before mass production can be carried out. During the production process, the operator must self-check whether the terminals are covered with glue, hanging necks, etc., and perform terminal inspection every 1 hour. Pull test.
7. After the production is completed, sort out the good and defective products, and clean up the environment around the machine.
