Among them, in new energy electric vehicles, the high-voltage wiring harnesses are as follows:

1. Power battery high-voltage cable: the wiring harness connecting the power battery to the high-voltage box.

2. Motor controller cable: the wiring harness connecting the high voltage box to the motor controller.

3. Fast charging harness: the wiring harness connecting the fast charging port to the high-voltage box.

4. Slow charging harness: the wiring harness connecting the slow charging port to the car charger.

5. High-voltage accessory wiring harness (high-voltage wiring harness assembly): refers to the wiring harness connecting the high-voltage box to the DC/DC, vehicle charger, air-conditioning compressor, and air-conditioning PTC.

The characteristics that high-voltage wiring harness should have:

1. Current resistance performance: According to the current of the high-voltage system components, it is commonly used in 250A, and some high-power motors can be used up to 400A.

2. Temperature resistance: The high temperature resistance grades are divided into 125°C, 150°C, and 200°C. The high temperature conventionally selects the high temperature resistant 150°C wire; the low temperature conventionally selects the low temperature resistant -40°C wire.

3. Shielding performance: Shielding high-voltage lines can reduce the impact of electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio interference (RFI) on the vehicle system. The entire high-voltage wiring harness circuit is shielded and connected. The high-voltage wiring harness shielding layer of the motor, controller, and battery interfaces is connected to the battery motor controller housing through a crimping structure such as a plug-in, and then connected to the body ground.
