1. Turn on the power switch of the terminal, and the power indicator lights up.

2. Pay attention to whether there is obvious abnormal noise inside and outside the machine. If there is any suspension of operation, please ask the mechanic to determine whether maintenance is needed.

3. Knife selection and loading: it is operated by designated personnel. Before loading, you must manually compare whether the selected blades are matched or not. After the comparison is correct, you can load the knives. After loading, you must use a hand test.

First, turn off the power supply of the terminal machine, press the down button, and use a special wrench to shake the driving wheel and the driving wheel, so that the stamping stroke of the terminal machine can reach the maximum. If it is not moved by hand, consider whether the pressure is too high or other problems, and check and debug it to OK. Before operation, check the locking screws and make sure there is no looseness.

4. Loading: Install the terminal to be punched, adjust the feeding pressure plate with an Allen wrench, so that the terminal can easily pass through, visually check whether the feeding position is suitable, if not, adjust, loosen the locking screw of the feeder with a hexagonal wrench, turn the adjusting screw to adjust until the best condition, then lock the locking screw of the feeder and start the operation.

5. Test the tension: After the machine is adjusted to OK, take the scrap wire for trial beating and conduct the tension test. The main reference values are shown in the Tension Test Comparison Table. The specific operation methods are as follows:

Press the zero key of tension test to zero, clamp the terminal wiring looms to be tested, and test. If the measured tension is not within the standard range, ask the mechanic to readjust it until it reaches the standard value.

6. The trial production of 10pcs will be sent to IPQC for the first article confirmation, and the batch production can be carried out only after the inspection is OK. During the production process, the operator must self-check whether the terminal is covered with glue, hanging neck and other defects, and conduct a terminal tensile test every one hour.

7. After the production is completed, sort out the good products, waste products and defective products, and clean up the environmental sanitation around the machine.

Matters needing attention in the use of terminal machine:

1, in the process of operation, if the machine is abnormal, turn off the power supply first, and ask the mechanic for maintenance and debugging in time. 2. It is strictly forbidden to debug or disassemble machine parts without the designated personnel. 3. During the operation, the power supply of the machine is not disconnected, and it is forbidden for fingers or any part of the body to enter the stamping range, so as to avoid industrial accidents. 4. If you need to leave the job, you must turn off the power before leaving. 5. When replacing the terminal, you must first disconnect the power supply, and then carry out the replacement operation. It is strictly forbidden to replace it when the machine is in operation. 6. During the operation, if there is a terminal stuck in the knife die, it must be removed with scissors or pick needle before continuing the operation.
